Its been a while since I've updated the blog. We've been busy!! I can't believe Christmas was already over a month ago. Joshua had a fantastic Christmas!! Complete opposite from last Christmas when he was only a month old! He enjoyed opening his presents and playing with his new toys. We had both sides of the family in town for the holidays so he had plenty of loved ones to visit with.
We had our first big cold and our first bout with the stomach bug since I've last written an update. Joshua is a trooper though and bounces back fast! He's completely moved over to the Toddler room now and seems to like it a lot. They get to play outside, go on visits to the ball room, basically run around all day. He's worn out when he gets home in the evenings. We're blessed to have a daycare we really like.
Just a few random updates on Joshua:
~ He's eating with a fork now.
~ Riding his giraffe (ride on toy)
~ Driving cars (remote control and mommy pushed)
~ Still loves Mickey Mouse and Bob the Builder
~ Went to the grocery store for the first time this past week. (Long overdue I know! But theres never a need for us ALL to go!)
~ Orders off the kids menu at restaurants
~ Cleans his plate at meals (even at school!)
~ Loves chicken, corn, fish sticks, grilled cheese, hamburger meat, our new fave turkey muffin recipe, Hawaiian rolls, pita bread
~ Can almost say the word 'cheese'....its the cutest sound ever!
~ Still best buds with Bailey!
~ Had a meltdown on his third haircut
~ Loves to dance!
