My 1st Mother's Day

I had a great 1st Mother's Day this weekend!! Thank you to everyone that sent me cards....they were all so special to me!! Jeff went and got Joshua out of bed when we first got up and brought him to our room, where he greeted me with my Mother's Day card. Complete with dried slobber stains, bent edges and scribbles where Jeff had given him the pen to write his name. Loved it!! Jeff then made me a big breakfast and we spent the day having quality family time. We had planned to take an afternoon picnic, but with temperatures in the high 90s, we opted for an indoor picnic instead!! Joshua enjoyed watching us eat of course!!

For Mother's Day, Jeff got me, our moms and his grandmother personalized M&Ms....with Joshua's cute little face on them! I love them!! They're so cute...almost too cute to eat. I still haven't opened my bags yet!

On to other things, Joshua is enjoying solid foods.....tonight we tried Green Beans and he loved them. He's starting to crawl....he's getting real close!! Soon!
