Today we went for our 16 week appointment. I am officially 16 weeks and 4 days. So far, so good! I have officially gained 3 lbs total! We were able to hear the heartbeat loud and clear today and the Dr. easily found it right away. I didn't have to do the gestational diabetes test after all! Yay! My urine didn't have an excess of sugar this time so she said I could wait until the normal 28 weeks to test for GD. I blame my honey-nut cheerios and white grape juice for breakfast on the high level of sugar in my urine the last time we went! And the really great news is that we go back to the Dr. on JUNE 27 to find out the sex!!!! That is ONLY 17 days away! I am so excited!!
As promised I am posting some pictures of me. You can easily see....I do not look pregnant yet!! Though, I know in the next few weeks that will all change.

As you can see....nothing big yet. There's a slight bump there if you look closely. I am sportin' my Target maternity pants in the last picture! That picture was this morning before the appointment actually.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that you'll be having a boy. No morning sickness, feeling great, I think boy. But I do have a 50% chance of being wrong.

Thanks for adding pictures! Good for you on your weight gain and for capturing your pregnancy with pictures. I wish I would have taken more pictures.
